, Get a taste of one Michelin-starred Beefbar’s cuisine at InterContinental Singapore’s Ash & ElmPop down to InterContinental Singapore’s Ash & Elm restaurant on 1 or 2 June to catch Andrea Spagoni, executive chef of Beefbar Hong Kong (Hong Kong’s only Michelin-starred steakhouse), join hands with the hotel’s executive sous chef Philippe Duc and pastry chef Ben Goh to dish out a five-course dinner ($88/person).

Organised by Fine Dining Lovers by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, guests can expect dishes from Spagoni such as the Amberjack Carpaccio with wasabi dressing and coriander cress, as well as American Prime Black Angus tenderloin with mashed potatoes. Duc chips in with his take on Hokkaido Scallosp – pan-seared with cauliflower and brown butter sauce – while Goh sweetens the deal with his Rouge dessert, which comprises single origin 68% cuvee Bali chocolate crémeux, strawberry compote, vanilla meringue and yuzu yoghurt sherbet. Lobby level, InterContinental Singapore, 80 Middle Road.
