Six Hands dinner at Nouri: Ivan Brehm X Adam/Albin

If you’ve yet to dine at Nouri or are curious how a Swedish gastronomic experience will turn out to be, mark your calendars for 1 and 2 March. Nouri’s chef-owner Ivan Brehm and guest chefs, Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman of Adam/Albin in Stockholm have teamed up to create special dishes for the two-day affair. Adam/Albin is known for its unusual culinary concept: for one day a month, the chef duo will serve a locavore menu; and a Swedish-Japanese noodle bar for weekdays’ lunch.

Over a eight-course dinner, guests will savour modern plates such as King Crab, Zucchini, Broad Beans, Horseradish and Cilantro; Wild Rice Stem, Mace and Buttermilk Gratin; and Maple syrup Glazed Apple, Soy Meringue, Brown Butter and Bay Leaf Ice Cream. $265/person (+$115 for wine pairing). 72 Amoy Street.
