AMI Pattiserie

Fans of AMI Patisserie’s signature Panettone, rejoice as Chef Makoto Arami is bringing back the beloved festive classic this year. Traditional panettones are notoriously laborious to make, which is why they are preferred as heartfelt gifts. Chef Makoto’s version enhances the recipe with his unique touch. Made from the finest ingredients such as Japanese organic eggs and premium flour, the bread is studded with dried fruits like raisins, orange, and lemon that have been steeped in Grand Marnier and Cointreau, providing a pleasant contrast to the sweet and fruity elements. The bread is then hung upside down after baking to preserve its dome shape and fluffy texture. Order at the Pattiserie Cafe or online at AMI Pattiserie’s e-shop.
