Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s Father’s Day menu is available for a week from 11 to 18 June 2025. The three-course dining experience begins with a savoury USDA Prime Short RIb French Onion Soup, rich with caramelised onions and melted cheese. For mains, choose between the signature USDA Prime Black Angus Ribeye, which is dry-aged and grilled to perfection; or the flavour-packed USDA Colorado Lamb Chops with chimichurri sauce. Both dishes are served with creamy mashed potatoes and white asparagus.
End on a sweet note with Wolfgang’s beloved Pecan and Raisin Pie topped with schlag (German whipped cream). The microbrewery and restaurant has teamed up with Butcher Box to serve a premium 200-day grain-fed Black Angus Bone-In Ribeye from Riverina, Australia, dry-aged in-house for 30 days using a unique mix of spent grain and koji, a byproduct of the brewing process. The result is a deeply flavourful, umami-rich steak with a toasted, nutty flavour. The signature cut features in two limited-time menus: a month-long June steak special and the Father’s Day Sharing Menu on 15 June. The latter also includes seafood, desserts, and more for $98 per person (minimum of two diners).
