Located in the city's central district and within one of the historic, pre-war
shophouses along Circular Road, Quay House is the newest addition to the
vibrant Boat Quay dining scene.
The newly launched restaurant presents an interpretation of regional
cuisine, which takes cue from the storied history of the restaurant's
location as the epicenter of spice trade in the past. Guided by the rich
culinary history of the region, Quay House's concept is anchored by a suite
of cherished heritage recipes and their intriguing provenance stories.
