Beyond offering a comfortable setting, Payangan Lounge highlights the art of drinking and is dedicated to crafting exceptional creations. The barrel-aged cocktails offer intricate flavours from meticulous processes and selected ingredients. The ageing process imbues these spirits with subtle, smooth nuances of wood and delicate nuttiness, thanks to a touch of oxidation. Furthermore, by infusing the classic Boulevardier cocktail recipe into the creations, vibrant hints of orange zest arise with each sip.

Cocktail enthusiasts at Padma Resort Ubud can expand their palates with Balinese-inspired signature creations featuring the resort’s own agroforestry produce. Indulge in the distinctive flavour of Kecombrang Mule or Kemangi Southside for a taste of local flair.

Kecombrang Mule showcases a harmonious blend of kecombrang arak that bursts with bitter and sour notes, hints of orange marmalade, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and homemade ginger soda water. Opt for Kemangi Southside for a concoction of aromatic kemangi cordial, gin lemongrass, Bianco Vermouth, nori, and elderflower syrup. Otherwise, Chunky Monkey offers a more lightweight alternative as a mocktail made of a blend of banana and peach, orange and lemon juice, coconut cream, and vanilla syrup.
