Enhancing this luxurious line-up are three new broths – Duck & Radish, Fish Collagen & Salted Vegetables, and Chicken & Coriander – each adding a unique depth of flavour to Bai Yun’s signature soups. Debuting alongside them is the Chef’s Signature Set, featuring steamed dim sum, Cantonese-style barbecue, handmade noodles, fresh fruits, and aromatic Chinese tea, creating a multi-sensory experience that celebrates the essence of hot pot: warmth, sharing, and joy.

“Golden Week and the Mid-Autumn Festival are among the most cherished times for family reunions and cultural celebrations,” said Vincent Guironnet, general manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali. “Since its opening in 2021, Bai Yun has become a favourite destination for hot pot lovers from Indonesia, across Asia, and beyond. This recognition inspires us to keep innovating, ensuring that our guests always have something new to discover.”
