On Sunday, 11 May, Bel Étage presents a one-day-only Mother’s Day Brunch featuring a diverse spread of international dishes and elevated brunch classics. Guests are welcomed with a specially crafted mocktail before exploring selections such as slow-roasted beef rib eye with herb mustard and creamy cheese potato, Greek-style lamb cutlets with mint yoghurt, and salmon coulibiac carved tableside. Other highlights include roasted spring chicken with sweet pepper and glazed pork leg with orange honey mustard.
From 9 to 11 May, guests may also join a Wick-ed Candle Making Workshop in collaboration with Rosé Gourmand Deli and Duft Chandelle. Hosted in the Music Room, the experience includes candle crafting and fragrance blending, followed by afternoon tea at The Drawing Room. Tea is served with delicate pastries, savoury bites, and a refined tea selection. Each guest receives a St. Regis vanity bag and a small bouquet as a takeaway.
