Inspired by his grandmother’s exquisite mastery of fresh seafood, chef Jung’s culinary style embodies a remarkable fusion of tradition and innovation.

In 2022, chef Jung selected Bandung as the home for his restaurant. He believes that the city has ideal fermentation climate that echoes the vibrant seasons of spring and autumn in Korea.
