On Saturday, 23 July, the glamorous dining room of Apéritif will host a Four Hands Dinner by two long-time friends who have known each other for 25 years. “We started our careers together in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Provence. Recently recognised as one of the ‘Recommended’ restaurants on OAD Asia’s Top Restaurants 2022 list, Apéritif’s eclectic take on Indonesian flavours and European haute cuisine has put Ubud on the international dining destination map. The 1920s-inspired décor of the restaurant invites guests to linger and savour life’s little pleasures. Come early for cocktails at Apéritif Bar’s terrace before heading to the dining room.
