February sure started with a bang with Chinese New Year. Adding onto the joyful mood and festive spirit is this month’s shower of romance and bliss. If you’re looking for new experiences that won’t break the bank, here are some of the most exciting new offerings to discover and indulge.

Fei Lou Fatt

Brought back to life due to an overwhelming demand, Fei Lou Fatt is a new prawn noodles and lok lok concept by the people at White Restaurant Group. Formerly known as Sembawang Prawn Noodles, Fei Lou Fatt’s rich prawn broth is slow-cooked for up to 10 hours daily using a generous portion of fresh prawn heads. Their Big Prawn and Braised Pork Ribs Noodle also boast fork tender pork ribs braised with a specially concocted herb sauce.

Offering over 20 types of lok lok to go with your mains, they also present unique insta-worthy moments with their Prawn-zuke series, inspired by the Japanese Ochazuke (rice porridge), where tea or broth is poured over cooked rice.
