White Marble

White Marble is a Mediterranean grill restaurant from Chef Otto Weibel, Singapore’s grand doyen of Western gastronomy. Located in Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, White Marble celebrates the Mediterranean, the region of the world that Chef Otto has loved for much of his life.

The restaurant brings together the timeless flavours of the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Morocco, and the Middle East. And in line with Chef Otto’s philosophy, dishes are prepared with fresh quality produce, using simple techniques that showcase the natural flavours at their vibrant best.

A protégé of Chef Otto, Executive Chef Kenneth Loke, helms the restaurant with a menu focused on seafood and vegetables and an enticing selection of grills cooked to perfection in a charcoal oven. The magic of the Mediterranean – its food, culture, and hospitality – comes alive in this wondrous evocation by Chef Otto Weibel.
