Established in 1980 at Goodwood Park Hotel, Shima Restaurant has the honour of being Singapore’s very first teppanyaki restaurant, proudly serving authentic and traditional Japanese cuisines with a modern twist. Besides its signature teppanyaki menu mainstays, Shima also offers high-quality sashimi and sushi, the freshest ingredients air-flown direct from Japan to curate a gastronomic menu.
