Chef Christopher is no stranger to the F&B scene in Singapore, having started other successful establishments such as Brine and Hay Gelato. His passion for cooking began at a young age and was heavily influenced by his mother’s cooking. Over the years, he has dedicated countless hours to perfecting his craft, creating menus that showcase his love for food and his desire to experiment with different flavours and techniques.

Baste’s interior design is equally impressive, transporting diners back to the early days of Singapore’s bustling shophouse era. The exposed brick walls, quirky furnishings, and warm lighting create a cozy and intimate ambiance that makes diners feel right at home.
