Are you ready to party the weekend away with the newly revamped The NCO Club? Formerly known as the NAAFI Britannia Club in the 1950s, it was a socialising hotspot for non-commissoned officers and their families. Now, the post-war Modernist building has transformed into a swanky lifestyle destination with four concepts.

Madame Fan
Helmed by famed restaurateur Alan Yau, who’s also behind Hakkasan and Yauatcha in the U.K., the chic 222-seater restaurant offers fine Chinese cuisine with a touch of old-school charm. Highlights include the nourishing Drunken Mud Crab with rice noodles and 20-Year-Old Gu Yue Long Shan rice wine ($22/100g), Lobster Cantonese served with wonton noodles ($17/100g), and Steamed Soon Hock with Ipoh Soy and Spring Onion ($14/100g). Tel: 6818 1921

Fish Pool

Fish Pool
For an extravagant night out, head up to the Fish Pool, a Champagne, caviar and oyster bar. A collaboration with Louis Roederer, here, guests can expect an opulent spread of oysters such as Fines de Claire ($5 each), Tsarskaya ($7 each) and Belon ($13 each), as well as Aquitaine caviar (from $88). Take a break from the briny treats with other morsels like the Kinglas Fillet of smoked salmon ($46) served with cranberry raisin crackers and sour cream sauce. Sip on a glass of Roederer Brut Rosé Vintage ($38) as you enjoy elegant aquatic performances in the diving pool. Tel: 6818 1918
