Banana walnut caramel with chocolate ice cream
Round up your dinner party with a decadent dessert of banana walnut caramel with chocolate ice cream. While caramelising the sugar with water and cinnamon, swirl the saucepan in a circular motion.

1 cinnamon stick
4 bananas, cut into cubes
30g raisins, soaked in 50ml rum liqueur
70g toasted walnuts
4 scoops chocolate ice cream
- In a small saucepan, caramelise sugar with water and cinnamon stick. Add in the bananas, raisins and walnuts. Mix well and keep warm.
- Divide the ice cream into four serving bowls. Spoon the banana walnut caramel over and serve immediately.
