Chachara is a new Mediterranean restaurant dedicated to celebrating the romance of Bali with fresh flavours vibrant colours. Stepping in, you’ll immediately notice a neon-orange, vintage combo-van bar, a BBQ deck and even a paella station to satiate your cravings. All 60 dishes on the menu were created with sharing in mind, including tapas, wood-fired pizzas and the signature El Willy paella. All of the ingredients are sourced locally, save for a few premium Spanish imports, with everything made in-house to emphasize on freshness.
