Renowned chef Chris Salans is set to open his third restaurant in the heart of Bali in July.
Chris Salans, founder and chef of Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique, opens his third gastro-bar outlet, Spice by Chris Salans, in Seminyak. A gastro-bar serving innovative drinks and Salan’s trademark cuisine, Spice by Chris Salans is a more approachable way to experience the internationally acclaimed chef’s offerings. The gastro-bar features counter seats that face the kitchen and a main dining hall. You can expect refreshing cocktails such as Spice Kalamansi.
When you are done with drinks, check out the All Day Special, which is a four-course set menu (Rp295,000) that features Tuna Tataki with Sambalkecicang and Tempe Crackers, Slipper Lobster cooked with curry leaf butter and served with tempe, and Char-grilled Ginger Soya Beef with locak kluwek purée, local mushrooms, and rawon-infused glaze. Other signature dishes include Crispy Pork Belly with Turmeric Dressing and Dukkah Spice (Rp150,000), Bangkuang Dumplings (Rp60,000) and Tapioca Root Fries (Rp35,000).
