From now till September, tuck into an array of scrumptious dim sum specially curated by Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road’s chef Zhou Wei Qiu.
With the unveiling of this first dim sum promotion at the restaurant, patrons can choose between the regular Brunch menu ($52/per person) or up the indulgence with free flow Mansard Brut Carte Blanche NV champagne ($118/per person).
The menu features 12 single-serve specialities brimming with premium ingredients such as uni and foie gras. We highly recommend the classic favourites such as the Steamed Minced Meat Dumpling with Sea Urchin; Deep-fried Yam Croquette with Scallop and Foie Gras; Steamed Japanese Snow Crab Dumpling; and Steamed Minced Chicken Dumpling with Black Truffle. Another must-try is the signature Si Chuan Dou Hua Five Elements Noodles platter, which consists of five tasting size Sichuan-style noodle creations in sampling sized teacup size tasting portions. Dig into Noodle Soup with sliced Wagyu; Noodles with Lobster, Ginger and Onion; Chilled Noodles with Shredded Abalone; Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles; and the fiery Sichuan Hot and Sour Vermicelli.
End on a sweet note with Si Chuan Dou Hua’s signature single-serve Bird’s Nest Egg Tart and Homemade Fine Bean Curd with Hasma in Almond Cream; or the unlimited Sichuan Glutinous Rice Ball with Red Bean Paste.
