Chefs, food distributors, trade buyers and entrepreneurs, get your palates (and stomachs) ready. The biggest food innovation trade exhibit in Asia (with over 110,000 professionals participating and covering 13 halls), SIAL China is back for its fourth year running from 16 – 18 May. It’s a market-leading event where purchasers, chefs and restaurateurs from all over the world visit to source for premium products and to meet speciality producers who share the stories behind their craft.

Over three days, trade visitors can expect to touch base with over 3,400 exhibitors from Asia, Australia and the U.S.A. and witness a flurry of dynamic activities from live cooking demonstrations to spirited industry discussions and seminars among hospitality experts. It’s not just food and drink products – there will also be technology, equipment, pet food and services on display.

Head over to Hall E3 for creative products from the SIALInnovation pavilion. Highlights include China’s ChoclizQixuan Mint Chocolate Crisp Layer plus Tiramisu Ice Cream from Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group, Fruit and Veggie Pops by U.S.A’s Ruby’s Naturals and Wheat Green Juice from Geothink Eco Tech (Shanghai).

So, whether you have a burning business idea to make your gourmet dreams come true, or are searching for inspiration for your new restaurant, SIAL China is not to be missed.
