Forget the morning jog. Sometimes, we just want to catch up on our sleep during the weekend. But where can late risers replenish their energy and reward themselves after a gruelling work week? We recommend a visit to Pan Pacific Singapore’s Atrium for their Nostalgic Weekend High Tea Buffet. Held every Saturday and Sunday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, the hotel’s elegant bar gets transformed into a scrumptious spread of classic Peranakan and English dishes. Not surprisingly, the highlights are the live stations serving lip-smacking Popiah with Sweet Turnips, a luxe upgrade on a hawker favourite – the Pacific Lobster Laksa, as well as the popular create-it-yourself Kueh Pie Tee.

Fans of English afternoon tea can also expect a generous lineup at the buffet.
