Serves 2 Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes

1 tbsp olive oil
60g diced onions
30g minced garlic
70g lobster tail
70g squid rings
25g sliced red chillies
200g spaghetti, blanched
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch salt and pepper

Garnish
50g crispy white bait (silver fish)
35g bean sprouts
20g spring onions

• Heat up a wok with olive oil and fry the onions and garlic till fragrant.
• Add lobster tail, squid, chillies and spaghetti and cook for another 4-6 minutes. Keep stirring and braise for another 5 minutes.
• Arrange spaghetti and seafood on a plate. Garnish with crispy white bait, bean sprouts and spring onions.
