For over 16 years, U.K.'s much lauded food trade show has been an indispensable platform for artisan and gourmet food producers as well as a meeting place to share food innovations and trends. It's a market-leading event where purchasers, chefs and restaurateurs from all over the world visit to source for premium products and to meet speciality producers who share the stories behind their craft. Now, there's no need to travel that far to visit the trade fair; its Asia spin-off, Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA), is set to draw the crowd to Suntec Singapore from 18-20 July.
Over three days, visitors can expect to touch base with over 120 exhibitors from Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia and witness a flurry of dynamic activities from live cooking demonstratons to spirited industry discussions among hospitality experts. Whether you have a burning business idea or are searching for inspiration for your new restaurant, SFFA is not to be missed.

Uncover new food trends
Swing by the Start-Up Village and you will be sure to discover the latest food trends or products to get excited about. A section dedicated to about 50 up-and-coming artisan food & drink producers that have been established for less than three years, this area lets you uncover creative brands. Who knows? You might be the first in the industry to market some of them and share their innovations with your consumers.
Masterclass with chefs behind Michelin-starred restaurants
Whether you’re a budding chef or an industry veteran, Fine Food Live, an interactive demo theatre where top chefs from the region congregrate to whip up amazing feasts, should be on the top of your list. Ray Adriansyah from Locavore is the headline act; if you have yet to visit his award-winning restaurant in Bali (No 22 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017), SFFA will be a good chance to interact with the talented toque. Singapore chefs such as Jeremy Nguee and Shermay Lee will also be making an appearance, alongside Sam Aisbett (one Michelin-starred Whitegrass) and Han Li Guang (one Michelin-starred Labyrinth).
